Obviously not a sound demo lol, but I put this up in the technique forum and thought I’d throw it up here. Love this patriot more than I ever thought I would. People talk about “the sound in your head” and honestly this one comes kinda close.

Popping in again now that I have my Furies right where I want them. Mirror pickguard and ‘80s knobs for the ‘92, ‘90s truss rod cover for the ‘84. Classic rock on your left, metal on your right 
Just put in the new eletronics, pickup and bridge with cobalt flats

One ding, courtesy of a low ceiling fan. Lesson learned. It was not setup well when I bought it, but I didn't know that. I just found it difficult to play in tune. Now that it's been setup correctly, with strings only a few months old, I'm liking it a lot more!

I love those Cobalt Flats on a P Bass. Amazing strings and I really don't like flats but I'll put them on a P Bass every time.
I Don't want to post it here but if you look up the Tech21 Steve Harris pedal demos from my friend Tim Starace I loaned him the Lake Placid Blue P bass I built with Cobalt Flats on it. Love those strings.
A white Foundation body just showed up on EBay pretty cheap. No affiliation, just passing along.

I wonder what finish it has on it. I don't play six-strings but, I have toyed with the thought of one for bass chords and stuff.

The GC website has a bunch of fancy four string Peaveys as well.

This bass popped up on fb today and I could not resist. It needs a bit of resto work when it gets here and I'll likely try a set of Rotosound TruBass 88 Tapewounds maybe put an old Fender Precision pickup in it from my collection but those Seymour Duncan's may stay. Lucky Dice knobs are gone for sure, deciding whether to go with original Peavey speedos, black or gold barrels have not decided.
I saw that bass, too on FB. I love the oval inlays on that ebony board. I've always called that bass the Peavey-Alembic. Personally, I think the Seymour Duncans would outperform any Fender pups, but that's just me. I bet it would sound amazing with a modern preamp like BassikLee said, like a matching Seymour Duncan, or a Bartolini NTMB.
