Well,this thread has taken an interesting ,coincidental to me, turn.
The same weekend i was getting my Palaedium worked on, I traded my Volvo c30 hatchback in on this electric I3. (it was a just-returned 27 month lease car with 28k miles.) I got it for almost a third of the original list price,plus my trade,so it made it relatively painless.

It may not be the fanciest or most respected car, but it will almost always start.

When I worked at the Peavey dealer, one of the salesmen took a Peavey logo and superglued it to the toilet seat in the bathroom. The Peavey rep saw it and was really mad. Good times.

That BMW is pretty SICK !!! As I've said before, gunmetal gray is my FAVORITE Peavey bass color, next to natural, and I own two.

Thats a cool car, I actually like gunmetal grey...on a bass and now I like it on a car! The interior color does set it off nicely, and the tiny suicide doors are cool.

Ok lets get back to Peavey basses!

Back to the basses, I'll get the ball re-rolling with a random shot of my CAR Foundation enjoying a short visit from her cousin, my buddies GMG Foundation S... I was giving the S a test drive...I liked it but he wasn't selling!

At the original $58k list price, I could see why. It seems quite a niche car in some ways,and most Americans have never embraced hatchbacks. (Being an oddity myself, , I’ve always loved small station wagons and hatchbacks).
My Volvo C30 (pictured with my Scion XB

) was a pretty perfect car for me in most ways, but I wanted to try the electric experience before i kicked off the mortal coil or quit driving...

Just received the T20,it has red sparkle mist finish. Previous owners pictures looked bright red? Needs some TLC,cleaned it some,and waiting for the strings to show up. And I have the tuner,for it should be here Monday. Cleaning hard shell case,that looks like it been in a body shop,with some over spray on end of the case. But glad I was able to get NBD,and having it shipped also,it is in reason.

Now that's a red I can get along with. I'm not a big red bass fan but I like that a lot.

What Peavey do you guys think would make the best fretless? I’ve become a hardcore Peavey guy since I got my Cirrus, and now I’m looking for a fretless. I’m willing to find a pay a luthier to convert one, but I’m not sure what I should be keeping an eye out for. I personally really like a thicker fretless sound, so something that’s not too J-bassy would be preferable (my favorite fretless was a Squier P bass with an ebonol board). I was thinking about a G Bass or a Palaedium? Or maybe something else?

I had Andrew Drake convert one of my Palaediums to a fretless last year. He did a fantastic job using a clear glass-like finish similar to Pedulla.
To me, the inherently strong midrange of the Palaedium made it a great choice for fretless.
