Thieves disgust me.
Corporations that take care of the little guy, astound me.
Very sorry for your lose, but your lose has opened the eyes of many here as to superior service.
I thank you for posting this, I wish it didn't happen to you, but I consider the whole situation a very pleasant learning experience for me.
I have to agree with Jimmy though... an eye for an eye I say.

Man, that is really too bad.:( Somebody is going to have some real bad karma happen to them. I'm sorry to hear of your loss. This makes me think twice about leaving my gear in my Scion XB over night; I'm not doing it anymore. I'll unload the gear when I get home late at night just to be safe. There is nothing worse than a thief.

So you pack all of your gear in a Scion XB also.I live out in the country so I dont have to unload when I get home that night but I sure do worry if Im out and about.
+1000 to Genz Benz for there Genuine Love and support for the players,and not bad marketing either.:p

Sorry about this bad deal! The world is such now that you can't leave anything of value where a crook might get to it. Last week my son's vehicle was broken into. His wallet was in the console, you can imagine the rest. He also lost a GPS, Ipod et. All of it was inside the console out of sight.:mad:

Major props to all the folks at Genz Benz, they are the best hands down!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bassist:

Simply forward the police report to me and we'll get you squared away.

.....with the G string. For the Picasso, I have something on my fridge that my 6 year old daughter did. It looks very much like a Picasso...or a Sidney Pollock...I can't decide which. Will that do? We're sold out of cabs for the month. :p;)

I never heard of anything like this from any company except Genz Benz. You guys are amazing. I feel like it happened to me. You guys are the best. You guys who stole the cabs. Genz Benz just beat you back with there bottom end.

This is my nightmare scenario. I've had to leave so many pieces of gear in my truck over the years. I've just been fortunate. I probably should rent a storage unit in the middle of town! Props to Genz Benz for stepping up. How can I become an endorsing artist??? :D

I was once consulting with a company that made gig bags. Their designer wanted big, bold yellow stripes on everything. I implored them to just make it black. A black gig bag sitting between the front and back seats of my car, especially at night is invisible.

But the designer and the president of the company wanted the yellow stripe to id THEIR bags. They wanted the bass bag to match the guitar bag, the cymbal bag, etc so the entire band would match.

I don't think that company makes gig bags any more.

I am pretty paranoid about leaving my stuff in the car - no matter how tired I am
