Because he comes across as the type of person none of us would like to ever interact with? He seems incredibly unintelligent, rude, crude, arrogant... I could go on, but in a nutshell, he seems like an idiot. In fact, the archetypal idiot.

The same could be said about many other fighters, but Lesnar really does stand out of the crowd as a pinnacle douche.

This. On the other side of the coin, you have guys like GSP and CroCop that are pure class and people will always cheer for them because of it.

I think Lesnar brought his Pro Wrestling attitude with him to the UFC, and that doesn't fly with MMA fans. Certainly not with Dana!!
He is a specimen, but I don't like Lesnar, either. One thing, though, he took some serious punishment from Carwin and survived to take the win. Props for that.
I kind of like Mir and his attitude, but there's something that holds him back from completed dominance, besides Lesnar. I see the UFC Countdown shows and Mir trains well and seems to be the complete package, but there's just something missing, somehow.
I think CroCop should go into the movies. Did anyone see Andrei Arlovsky in Universal Soldier-Regeneration? I thought he did pretty good and CroCop would have been good in there, too.
