UL 502 vs. TF 550

As long as it has a hot enough output to drive a power amp as a stand alone preamp, I'd have no qualms about coughing up $350 (of course less expensive is better) for it. I find myself using a SABDDI instead of an amp quite a bit these days. Getting the thunderfunk sound into the same size package would make me ecstatic.

I used my TFB550B DI out to do a session for a local radio spot.The engineer loved it. .i loved it.. I used the post DI side.. .with timbre 1 click to the left.. all done... they didnt think i was serious about going DI out of the amp instead of trying one of their DIs.
Yes I would want one too.. just to throw in the gig bag.. Must have a blue LED.....lol

My TF 550B is supposed to ship today! Can't wait. I was able to test drive one a couple of weeks ago. (Thanks McRelly) What can I say, after the test I sold my Eden WT550.
