Ultra Lights

I'm writing this after getting extremely POd, so bear with me because I cannot see this happening twice, as it has.
This is my first time installing Ultralights and when I tighten the tuner a hair to much the threads disengage and the Y comes detached.
I tried tightening the allen key underneath, but it never tensions up enough to allow the threads to engage and tighten the string.

Have you tried contacting Hipshot? It sounds like a defect, but that's just a guess...
