There’s a major vendor selling them for 200 bucks new, I don’t think the op needs to worry about it being stolen.
the same vendor operates on eBay. So that’s probably how he got the price.

I had one for a while but couldn’t abide by the anodized pick guard. The neck was stellar and made me rethink the new Squiers. Big Squier sale on now, too.
Had a friend tell me there are a lot of squire products in the pipeline that were ordered by wholesalers when supply chain issues were bad. So now, there's a glut of Squire inventory that needs to be moved.
All I know is this thing is a pretty amazing piece at a great price. Now I saved enough money for a good case!

Those are super fun. I love the feel of the anondized pickguard on those, and they sound pretty good, too!

I was thinking when I first saw this model that I would prefer no pick guard but now that I have one in hand I'm intrigued by the anodized guard appearance and feel. It's interesting and cool. Several folks have commented on how cool it looks...
