I've been wondering that myself.
And at the risk of stepping on toes--I think Happy days is one of the most over-rated shows ever.
It has some good episodes in the first few seasons, but it went downhill soon after that.

Happy Days is where the term "jump the shark" comes from!

I think the best series on TV in my lifetime was Rescue Me:
