Underrated TV Shows

Some of my favorite sitcoms/sketch comedies were popular in Europe, but didn't catch on in the United States. Father Ted is one of the greatest shows of all time, even if there is a video on YouTube with a bunch of whiney hipsters bashing it. It's a bit dated, but always hilarious, and brilliantly written. I squandered a small fortune, a few years back, to pick up the DVD boxed set with Region 1 discs, but it was worth it!

There was another show from the creator of Father Ted, called "Black Books." I haven't watched it in a few years, but it was great. Very dry humor, but always hilarious.

12 Monkeys only has one season left--the 4th season which will air in 2018. I didn't quite like season 3 as much as the first two seasons, but this has been a great TV time travel show. I probably like it even more than "Timeless." Both are outstanding, though.

I dig Homeland, but a lot of people don't even seem to know it exists.

I was a big fan until Brody's story line ended. IMO, they could have ended it there and been good. I continued for a couple seasons after that before getting bored.

I know it's a little corny, but I like Wynonna Earp on Syfy.

All in the Family was around long before Father Ted.

BOB'S BURGERS

That show is very hit-or-miss, for me. Half of the episodes are fantastic, and half of them are terrible. Tina, and Louise, are hilarious characters, though. They always make me laugh, even in the bad episodes.

Yes both GREAT.!!!!!!! Lucky here. ..they're repeated quite often. Superb comedy

I am saddened to hear that my favorite show has been canceled. @midnight is awesome. But it is going away.

This is the only thing I still watch routinely. So OF COURSE it's going away.
