Unexpected package from the big brown truck

I work at a friend's small-town music store, and I generally have a pretty good grasp on what's in stock, what's on order, and what we need. However, I walked out of the back room yesterday to find the UPS driver with a dolly load of Hughes & Kettner TubeMeister 36 heads that even my boss didn't remember ordering. 6 of them, and apparently he ordered them back in August.

The COD tag on that delivery was an "Oh Sh**" moment of the first order.

He remembered ordering them once he realized what they were, it just took H&K 4 months to get them in and ship them.
