Also be aware that they've raised prices on many or most items, so that 15% off isn't doing you as much good. I am looking to buy a rme babyface, and the price everywhere is 899 before discounts, but it's 950 at MF.

GC/MF have a fairly constant 15-20% coupon available if you call. Additionally, they price match and MF point program is 10% on top.
If I can't get local it's been a good option, trying not to use the Ammozon.
CME and SW have them beat with setup and packaging at a premium which is sometimes worth it.

The exclusion list issue has been discussed on TB many times. They will give you the discount most times if you call. They just can't advertise it because those "excluded" manufacturers won't let them.
