Still chipping anyway at this thing. Some passages still a bit rough but I’ve discovered I need to stay closer to the balance point of the bow. Also, I’ve tried to use less bow weight to reduce the scraping. And the bow hold is ever-evolving…

LH - Fingers are too straight, messes with your intonation at the neck block. Quick fix is just focusing on maintaining the hook of your index finger, the others will fall in line.

Bow - You never achieve a passive state in your arm, wrist, and fingers. Maybe practice where you don’t allow yourself any direct control of the right arm. Let it hang loose and malleable. Instead move your torso, shoulder, the bass itself, etc.
