The A3x's will be at ear level at about 3ft from my ears, and about 3 1/2ft apart. I figured I'd have the Sub7's directly under the desk pointing up into my abdomen. The Sub7's have a crossover, which will set at about 80hz I guess. The nice thing I like about the Sub7's is they have a satellite output for the mid range speakers.

No need to point the subs. Everything they put out is omnidirectional or very near to it. Just place them flat on the floor.

My Sub8 has a satelite output like yours Sub7. I used it to feed my F7s through the satellite output from the Sub8 but have since switched to a dedicated monitor controller that allows the sub to be engaged/disengaged separately from the F7s. The satellite out didn’t seem to have any effect on the sound, positive or negative, but it allowed me to use fewer outputs from my previous interface before the dedicated controller, which was a benefit. Be careful with how the HPF on the sub and the HPF on the nearfields work together. You might be inclined to engage them both but I ran into some phase issues and weird resonance above the cutoff when engaging both. Take some measurements, use your ears and figure out which one you like best, or if you like it more with both disengaged.
