Except the looks, mine is orange and ugly.

I originally bought mine because it's orange. (Yeah – I'm shallow like that.)

Not sure exactly what the color is named officially but I would label it as vintage white. I really like the looks of it. Looks much better without the pick guard that the new ones have. Except for the matte black 734, that is one sweet looking instrument.

vintage white is what yamaha calls it.

the 734a looks good without a pickguard.
