Upgrade Pickups on an Aria Pro II 6 string

Hi All

Having setup this cheap bass (£200 second hand) just the way I like it I would like to upgrade pickups.

Stock they are 26 x 129 mm approx. I have been unable to find direct replacements from Bartollini and others. I would like to avoid routing the body if possible.
