Use Mooer Sweeper to get this sound?

Trying to get close to the tone on Justin Timberlake's new one, "Can't Stop the Feeling". First time I've really messed with an envelope filter. Using an active '93 Carvin BB-75 and a Mooer Sweeper. I know everyone's gear/technique is different, but any advice on settings? Right now it just seems like there is too much high freq noise going on - for lack of a better term. Tried twiddling all of the knobs (range, reso, intensity). Still need to try blending some clean signal in with my Xotic X-blender pedal.

Well at ~4:05 sounds like more of a chorus effect and OD combo and then a filter was used probably in the studio. It doesn't sound like there is much of a fast sweep happening, which is probably your issue. You need a sweep setting that is slower and doesn't quack.
