Used Epiphone 1992 Thunderbird Traditional Non Reverse Electric Bass

I knew Epi made has a line of Thunderbirds, but did not know they had reverse at one time. Anyone have any insight on these? Found it used on Musicians Friend.

Nikki Sixx smashed a fair few of these. They have bolt-on neck and that, combined with the PJ pickups, moves them far away from Thunderbird specs. Gibson purists don't like them as they are 'too Fender'.

It will sound like a conventional PJ bass but with reverse T-Bird ergonomics.

I had one, decent enough Nonreverse effort from Epiphone in the mid 90s. It's basically a Thunderbird shaped Fender. Good mod platform for Fenderbird projects. Oddly the neck profile on the lower register hurt my hand.
