Used Hal Leonard Bass Builders Series book(s)

Looking at used copies of the Bass Builders Series book(s). It comes with a code to access the recorded music online (via Hal Leonard's website). Will there be any issue of me accessing the music? Or, perhaps, could the original owner have used the code and associated it with their login, thus inhibiting me from using it as well?

You should be able to use it, I think. It didn't require any sort of account for accessing, just the code.
