Used Strings

Perhaps it's time to throw them all out and when you save set of strings coming off of a bass, TAG THEM before you pass go and collect $200... or whatever they're charging for new strings these day.

I don't hoard, and for the most part I do label my strings when they come off so they can go on other basses for testing purposes. But there are times that I didn't and due to the confusion I followed my own advice and tossed the ones that I didn't know what they were.
