Using a Capo??

Occasionally, but just to mess around. I've used the Helping Hand capo to just capo one or two strings.

I'm not familiar with capos, and one could come really handy for drones&stuff. However, I was convinced that capos "fret" all stings, which is less than usefull for me. Can you provide me with a link for that capo you are using, that can fret just one or two strings? And is capo "grip" gig reliable (that is, will it stay put if I move&jump a lot?)
