Using a chorus pedal made for guitar on bass

so, I've been wanting to get a chorus pedal for a long time. But the pedals are close to $100, and I don't have that cash. I've been noticing that guitar chorus pedals go for much cheaper. How much of a difference would it make if I used a guitar chorus pedal on bass vs using a bass chorus pedal?

Some of them work well with bass. In fact looking at cheaper options. I honestly like the boss chorus ensemble more than the bass chorus.

TC Corona Chorus is great. You can customize all the parameters to your liking. I use a very mild setting with zero warble.

I use a digitech hardwire cr-7 stereo chorus pedal on bass and it sounds pretty cool. it's got 7 different chorus sounds and it doesn't seem to be reducing any lows. I personally like the multi-chorus sound on this pedal. it's smooth and lushful.

I use a Danelectro FAB chorus--works well for guitar & bass.
Not expensive at all (Got it used for $10)
I don' gig or tour, etc--so who knows how it might hold up for that--but if you don't want to spend a lot & don't need all the spacey stuff--just a good chorus or cheap--check it out.

+1 on the danelectro. I've have the fab chorus and had the cool cat chorus. they were the best affordable chorus pedals I've ever used.

That "warble" was the reason I returned my Vortex flanger and am holding off on buying the Corona. How do you get rid of the warble in the Toneprint editer? Or is warble synonymous with depth?

I actually just use the Troy Sanders Creature baby tone print and then turn down the speed and depth to taste..
