Is this possible without interference and other noises? my guitarist is doing a similar setup but he gets all kinds of weird sound and terrible feedback. The "Issue" I'm having is I want the tone from my Ampeg svt 3 pro but i want the volume of my Hartke LH1000 because im using a avatar b410 kappa pro model, it handles 2000w and sounds terrible under powered by the ampeg, but with the hartke it sounds great but not the brutal tone like the ampeg gives, thanks!

Just an opinion, I think you can hook from the svt3 preamp out to the fx return on the lh1000. Similar to the rh450 stacked on top of each other.

Yep, 3 Pro preamp out to LH1000 fx return.

One of the best sounding rigs I ever used was running my Alembic F-1x out into the power amp input of my SWR SM-400s. Much fatter sounding than anything I could get the SM to sound like on its own. Loved it.

  6. Why not get the SVT3-Pro repaired? They commonly have bias drift in the power amp. The cab should not "need" more power to sound right. only if it needs to be louder. Acme have a minimum power input by design, but still sound good below that.
