I'm getting up at 7 tomorrow morning to take her to breakfast at a cafe at our local market. This is a big deal for me, since it's Saturday, and I don't usually get up before noon. Then we're going skating, and then out for supper.

I'll probably make her a dorky card.

I'll be giving thanks again this year, that I don't have to go through the agony, indecision, expense and second-guessing that I endured four times a year* for 18 years when she was around, only to see the underwhelmed look on her face.
Some things, I don't miss at all.

That, and playing a gig with my old band.

*Christmas, V-day, her birthday, our anniversary

Nothing, it's such a waste of time. I don't need to tell her anything to "make" her know I like her or vice versa. Neither of us is "depraved" like so many others, either.
It's such a silly "high school holiday" to me. Hope some of you have fun with it. Sorry if that's harsh sounding.

I have to be sly about it, as she doesnt know im doing anything for her. Thing is, I have to buy everything tonite and take it over to her house (as I'll be staying the night there) and get it in her fridge without her knowing.

Well, I had this big plan to show my affection towards a special lady, But I forgot valentines day was on a saturday, Not a friday. So that went down the crapper.

I'll be alone, Probably listening to loud music, smoking something and working on another thing.

Well, I had planned on going to get my wife some lovely gifts this afternoon after I got off of work...but someone in the shop lost a tool, and on a flightline, thats bad ju-ju. So I just got off of work. I would go get them tomorrow however I will be at work from 7a to 7p, and my mother in law will be here....sweet! I figure maybe sunday we can do something nice....but until then I'll be spending valentines with my good friend the F-16's fuel tank...maybe I can just stick my head in the tank and get high off the fumes...maybe that will make my day a little better.
