Value of a Modded Squier?

If it were me (and if I were completely through with this bass), I would take it apart and list everything separately in the TalkBass classifieds*:
Fretless neck $X.XX
Original neck $X.XX
Stock, loaded body $X.XX
New pickups $X.XX
You might be surprised how quickly you find the money to buy your Tele.

*Once you've become a supporting member.

You really think that? Like sell each piece individually besides (the bridge with the body)? Even though it's a Squier? What would the individual stock parts even sell for?

For whatever it's worth, I'll give you one datapoint to draw from. I bought a seriously tricked out Squier Classic Vibe Precision for $300/shipped/PayPal'd from one of our bretheren in Pennsylvania through the TalkBass classifieds a few years ago. It had been upgraded with a Seymour Duncan Antiquity II pickup, USA CTS pots & orange drop cap, a Fender USA tortoise shell pickguard and came strung with a set of $45 Sadowsky flats. In addition, it had professional fretwork done to it which probably cost $150 or more and came with a top of the line Fender hard shell case. I would estimate that, considering the parts and labor involved, he doubled what he had into the bass brand new at a minimum. As an aside, it has really been an excellent bass for me. I don't subscribe to the sometimes bandied about "Squiers are just as good USA Fenders" meme as I've seen some seriously poor Squires on the racks at various music stores over the years. However, this one is one of those rare birds that's got it where it counts and was made to be as good as it could be with aftermarket mods * (including a Hipshot B style bridge that I added later).

* I had thought that I might upgrade the stock tuners with a set of Schaller BMLs (which would have been drop in, no mods replacements), but the stock tuners stay in tune as well or better than any of my other basses so they shall remain.

Unfortunately, modified squires are abundant. Some have a lot of expensive mods, and they all sell for about $250 street price. Most consumers will look at the price of a new Squire going for $300 over the used or modded ones. Craigslist is full of fender and squire basses. Very hard to get good cash for a used Squire bass.

As for trade in at the local music stores, they will low ball you, and tell you they have difficulty selling modded guitars, and will nit pick your instrument. They will also tell you, they need to make a profit, and they don't like to keep difficult to sell instruments in inventory for long time because it costs them money. They may offer you $80 to $100.

I would replace the parts with the original parts, and sell it for what you paid. And then sell the mod/replacement parts for as much as you can get. Or, put it up on the craigslist for a straight up trade for a squire tele. Chances are there will be a modded tele for sale.

for future reference ... i always try to find Used mod parts for my cheaper parts basses ...

it is easier to get your bucks back ... either as a whole , or parted out .. !

being a Supporting member ... that's a good thing , as there's always good people with some pretty good stuff to sell ...

you'll always find a few folks lacking in the retail reality of Used/Trade in pricing ... having spent lots of time on both sides of the sales counter , ... Trade in values ( just suck ) at most , stores might give a 1/3 to 1/2 of what they could buy the same item as new ... i rarely lose money on used pieces parts ... be patient , but right , sell right ... to be safe , do it here in our classifieds ...

I agree to total disassembly and sell;
55-60 for the badass; 130-150 for the duncans; loaded body 120; loaded neck(squire) 85-95;

not sure ablut the replacement neck, depends on the hole drilled in it and the repair.

All imo good luck:)
