While I'm not a big Van Halen fan, I always thought Michael Anthony's backing vocals were a big part of the Van Halen sound.

It saddens me so, to see such heroic icons of rock n roll faded to such foolishness and disrespect.

Think about it... Motorhead is still chugging along. Ozzy could manage to regroup Black Sabbath. Even the Eagles.. THE FRIGGIN EAGLES... can tour again after all their drama!

Hell will truly freeze over when Alex and Eddie bury their egos and realise what the world is really like out there. HATING them so much for being such babies.

Also, this will not happen. I bet the tour will be cancelled just like the last one.

I did see Roth last spring and he and his band were great. I love Eddie but the guitar player had Ed's licks nailed perfectly and then some. Also, it was a small venue and we had 4th row and the intimacy and Dave's humor were great. It was 90% Van Halen tunes and with about 10% David's solo stuff.
