Over the weekend I thought I'd try my new bass guitar rig out on my double bass. Stupid really but what the hell!
It was a medium volume hotel jazz/cocktail trio gig. I used my new Genz-Benz shuttle max 9.2 through my new bergantino AE 212.
I know it's an amazing B guitar rig but I couldn't believe how good it was on my c1830 English Cole bass with a blended realist/underwood combo.
Really happy with the sound as especially I had not planned to use the amp this way. Highly recommended.
(I had my old GK rig in the back of the car just incase my little experiment bombed!! - won't be needing that anymore!).
