Are you trying to upload a video file or embed a video hosted by another service? You can't upload a video here, but you can upload it to Youtube, Instagram, Facebook etc and embed it here by pasting the video's or post's URL.

If there's a time limit, it's imposed by the site hosting the video, not Talkbass.
