Vigier arpege

I played the Arpege alot at winter NAMM.
When I let Ryan Martinie Jam on it he dripped some drool from the side of his mouth. (Ryan is the Awesome Bassist for Mudvayne)
It's considered the best bass Vigier has to offer.
The new double singles cancel each-other's hum perfectly, the Glock pre is very transparent when flat and super flexible (3band for each pickup 18v headroom) but the BEST best thing about these basses is THE NECK- IMO it's the best in the business (Just like my Passion bass).
If you like light-weight fast neck HiFi basses, you can't go wrong with an Arpege.
I play the Passion bass because I use the neck pickup as a ramp, but a ramp is the easiest thing to retrofit a bass.
BTW, I'm ordering a fretless version soon.

It's a series III fretless from 1993, I found it last year. Originally I was just curious and wanted to check it out, I did NOT
want to spend money... but when I played it... I couldn't resist any more.... 
Because it's the very first fretless I have touched that sings like my defretted '84 Squier JV Jazz.
The Arpège is super-comfortable to play, can be adapted to the sound character of very different amplifiers. (Ok, the electronics are complicated.) To my ears it does have a fine warm sound, not too HiFi-like - I use RotoSound "TruBass" Black Nylon strings. The sustain never ends
- partly because of the metal fingerboard. Playing this bass feels absolutely wonderful. I have been floored from the very first moment. drool
The only thing is, you should clean the metal fingerboard from time to time after playing, just for optical reasons
Vigier recommends Music Nomad Cymbal Cleaner and that works very well.
Why wouldn't you just answer his question? He's asked about a specific bass. How is you answering spam?
