Double Bass Visiting San Antonio and Austen for music

My wife and I are going to visit Texas this May and I’d like some guidance from anyone who is familiar with the area. I’m looking to go to a couple of places where I can find some traditional C/W music and Western swing. I googled ‘honky tonk’ and a few places came up on six street and fifth street. Like Donns Depot, White Horse and Mean Eyed cat. Are these the type of places that might fit my criteria? I’m unfamiliar with the area so any help would be great.
