Yeah that's right, buying a particular amp makes you a real player![]()
You've probably seen hundreds of plastic PA cabs. Some are good, most aren't.Is ABS polymer a good sounding material for guitar amps? i have never seen that before.
I have one that I use for rehearsals (all the bands I play with rehearse quietly). I wouldn't use it for a gig, not even a small one because I have better small amps, but it's fine for rehearsals. The ABS doesn't seem to detract from it, in fact I would say it would be a great little amp with a quality speaker like an Eminence.
Thank you! Can I ask what other small amps you use? I have a GK MB-112 II that I love and use for gigs, but I'm looking for something smaller and lighter. PJB Bass Cub is tempting but way more expensive.
Similar size but lighter - VT bass combo
Similar size but lighter and higher watts - Hartke KB12.
If you go that route compare to the Double Four.Thank you! Can I ask what other small amps you use? I have a GK MB-112 II that I love and use for gigs, but I'm looking for something smaller and lighter. PJB Bass Cub is tempting but way more expensive.
