VST host for Windows with chaining capability?

Any suggestions for a nice VST host for PC where you can chain together different plugins? Preferably free, but I'm ready to shell out money for something that's really good.

I've tried Minihost Modular and, while it does exactly what I'm looking for, it seems to be unable to load certain plugins which I use pretty often. I've looked around, but haven't found anything that does this without any serious hitches.

Reaper as well as many other DAW's will do this. Your PC also needs to have enough horsepower to run multiple VST's.
