Bit of a problem here. When plugged into input "A" all the preset buttons work fine if I'm in "Bank A". If I switch to "Bank B" I get no sound. Same goes in reverse. Plugged into input "B" all the presets in "Bank B" work but if I switch to "Bank A" theres no sound. Solution?

VT Deluxe Problem

I was able to use both banks without changing inputs till last week. Worked fine Friday, then saturday I ran into this...issue.
Sounds like there's something wrong with the Input B jack. Shine a light in and see if you can see anything different between A and B.
bank b's presets should work with the whole pedal as long as nothing's plugged into bank b's input. definitely a problem. but tech 21 is good about cs so contact them.
It could be the Bank B jack is possibly dirty. You can try spraying it out with Deoxit and plugging a jack in and out several times. If for some reason the jack is bad please contact us at: [email protected]
I'll give that a shot! Don't see how it could be dirty though, I haven't had it all that long. BTW, I love this pedal.
