I toured/gigged for several years with just a D410XLT with NO problem having enough bottom end. It outperformed all other 410s of the time and everyone who played it seemed impressed by the low end grunt. I added a 210XST under it and it seemed to do nothing but improve the sound. The combo goes slightly deeper, yet will still growl and cut through the mix on a loud stage like an Eden should.
Since I'm not in a band anymore I find myself reaching for the XST set on its side for DB work. While not as deep or clear as my MAS18 for that work (what is?) it isn't far off and the audience certainly hasn't complained. The XST is a versatile cab in that regard.
Thanks for your input.
Also, XST is shorter than XLT and a bit lighter.
I feel the combo would be ideal for me ...
