Waiting on Dr. Bass

Got an email from Marc early last week saying my cab (BL212) had shipped that day. Had it in 2 days! Great shipping service and the cab sounds great tone wise but there's what appears to be a build flaw that's resulting in what sounds like an air leak between the drivers and the baffle (very noticeable "flutter" on lower notes). I've got comms out to Mark about it so we'll see how it gets resolved. I'll reserve my full review and comments until I've spoken to Marc about the problem...

Well, after talking to Marc, it would appear the issue with my cab was improper assembly in which the neo drivers were inadvertantly installed in a cab intended for ceramic drivers. He emailed me on a Sunday saying he was in the shop building me the correct cabinet himself and that I should send the cab back at his expense and he'd make it right within a week using the original drivers. Top flight customer service in a pinch. While this didn't all go as smoothly as I would have liked, he's making it right with minimal pain. Thanks Marc!
