The Eden Traveler Plus is only 15lbs, 400 watts and is much smaller than anything in this thread with the exception of the Clarus and possibly the Walter Woods.

It comes with ears if you want to rack it, but since you don't, it is 2 rack spaces high and only 12 inches wide.

I think that if I do purchase a new head, it'll be down to the Eden TP or the Mesa Walkabout. Either would make a fine replacement for my G-K 400RB.

However, at the moment, I'm seriously considering picking up a modest poweramp (Carvin DCM1000) and using a SABDDI as a preamp. The Carvin isn't small but it is light, and I really want to see what everybody's raving about with the SansAmp.

My thinking at the moment is an Eden or Mesa for the times I'm traveling light with a single cab, and the Carvin for the rest of the time...
