Want my dream bass built

I sent an email to Fender to see if they could build this for me, but I am not sure I am going to like the $3,000 + price tag they will ask. Here's what I am looking for:

Tony Franklin P-Bass body and pickups (passive)
HMV String Thru bridge
Wine Transparent Body
Bound and Blocked Rosewood Jazz Neck
White pearloid, 3 ply pick guard

Anybody know where I can get this built for a reasonable and fair price?

Yeah, I looked into Warmouth, but I am not much for building

You could have a local luthier (or one that's closer to Warmoth) do it for you.

I know Chance Walte of Fearless guitars is pretty much down the street from USACG and near Warmoth, and putting these together is his specialty.

A fully decked out Warmoth or USACG bass with fancy electronics and tops and trimmings will run you around $1500, built! :)

Don't be afraid to check out Carvin either, unless you are dead-set on Fender style.

what about your new p bass what happened to it

Still love my new 60th P-Bass, but I've been giving alot of thought to a "bass made for me" kind of concept. I am completely and totally in love with the tone of my Tony Franklin fretlss pups and the feel of that body. But I have always really liked the Jazz neck.

Now that you mention it, the combination of the 60th anniversary p-bass pup and the Franklin J would be sick!
