Source Audio EQ2. Unless I misunderstand your desire and you actually want it to be much larger.
Why is the "fly rig" format important? You want 10 bands and nothing else?

What is the significance/benefit of 10"x3"?
Both of these take up less area:

Yeah, 10 band is fine. I was more curious about the footprint. I have a full-blown BFR on the bottom rail of my pedal board...easily detachable.

If you put 2 of those end to end, you're very close to 10" x 3" ;-)
10” x 3” will do what? Put each band approximately an inch apart with something like 2.5” worth of travel on the faders? That’s going to be a pretty strange looking graphic EQ. And that layout is going to obscure the visual shape of the equalization curve. Because any time you’re expanding the scale of the horizontal x-axis on a graph while keeping the vertical y-axis the same, the visual effect is to make any curve you’re plotting appear flatter and closer to a straight line.

If you need a graphic eq to fix your sound I would recommend looking further up the chain at why your bass and amp don’t provide the tone you need out of the box. You should be able to get a fine sound with the correct bass and amp. There are knobs and eq on most amps and even on some basses. The 10 band is just overkill.
No 10 bands is not standard or totally necessary. There are many designs like for instance this mini 7 band EQ that should easily fit anywhere.

You seem to have an incorrect assumption that a graphic eq is only to fix a problem. No, a graphic eq can be a tool to help craft a sound.
Not me. I greatly prefer parametric EQ over graphic. 10 Band graphic doesn't give fine enough control and 31 band is way too big.
You mean just like recordings that hasn't been ruined by post production nonsense such as mixing and mastering sounds much better?
And the EQ section of your bass and amp is somehow magically better than a dedicated equalizer exactly how and why?
I would think it would be the other way around.
Or are you saying that passive basses without any tone control and an amp without an EQ section is the best option, if so, why on Earth would that be?
Or perhaps your point is that any bass amplified through a totally flat response amp and cab that doesn't sound objectively great is a lesser instrument?
Of course you would be fully entitled to such an opinion, as am I to the opinion that that would be absurdly ridiculous.
