Actually we just call them strings, but the correct translation would be "Cheerio guvna! I need some new pearly kings for me sergeant's mace."
You'll get absolutely no assistance from Ti, either. I've had the experience and TI took two weeks and 2 emails for them to even acknowledge that I sent them the first email, and then only told me they "had a lot of people traveling, it might take another week to reply"... a month later and still crickets.
For the price or their goods, the courtesy of a reply shouldn't be too much, even if they just told me to pound sand.

My daughter received from Amazon, out of the blue, three solar-powered automatic chicken coop doors. She didn’t order them. There was no charge to her card. She tried to return them, but they wouldn’t take them back, because they had absolutely no record of her or anyone else ordering them. List price was about $90 each. Merry Christmas from Amazon. If only she had a chicken coop….
