Warped Gotoh 201?

Hello,
I recently got a used Gotoh 201 off eBay and I've noticed that it doesn't sit flat on the body of my bass. Off the bass it seems that the back where the strings pull through is bent up but when screwed down it sort of pulls up from the front and back because of the placement and pressure of the screws.

It's just off a little, does it matter/should I care?
Are 201s supposed to be bent?
Did I get screwed from eBay?

Maybe your bridge ground wire is keeping from sitting flat on the body....

I had a hi-mass bridge on an '89 Squier five string that, over time, the plate bent; from string tension alone. The tail was lifted so that a business card would slide under. Never affected tone or playability. So you received a well used bridge IMO, depending on what you paid, it ok or you got hosed.
