Warrior Club Part 2

So, I did a little video of my Warrior. It's my first review type video. I shot it with my iPod Touch, only using it's mic for sound. I know it isn't great, but I thought I would put it out there to give you guys an idea of the tone of the MM/J setup. Don't torch me on the playing. I was just noodling when I decided to play a little harmonic thing I play from time to time.

I'm starting to get a complex about having the ugliest Warrior in the club!!!!!

Very nice! :bassist: (There are no ugly Warriors, IMO)

Here are some pics of my recently-acquired DM5. I've had it a couple of weeks now, and am really beginning to appreciate the flexibility of the JJ configuration.

Wow, really nice!

Have you played the J/MM config before? Post yer gig thought on it soon! :)

I was at the Warrior booth this NAMM show and he had a few particularly interesting pieces there amongst all the regular insanely beautiful pieces. One was an Isabella 4 banger with a couple Fralin J's, which was "relic'd". There was another Isabella that was a 5 banger with the dual X5's, wood block inlays, etc, that was just NUTS. It was "gone" by the end of the show, and I got to personally congratulate the new owner... he was pretty stoked, and IMHO had good reason to be. We'll be posting some NAMM pictures soon and we'll be sure to include the Warrior pics of course.

Thats a flippin amazing bass, my personal favourite warrior shape and pickup config. Im choosing between two 5's atm one with mm/j bartolini p/ups and one with dual custom emg p/ups. Any advice on which p/ups are better? Also so very true there are no ugly warrior basses.
