Warwick bridge

I'm wondering what year warwick switched from the one piece to the two piece bridge. I just bought a used corvette and its the one piece. Is it possible to modify to a two piece just curious.

rockbasses has 1 piece til recently.

Yeah, my rockbass has that one PIECE bridge. Been wondering if something else will fit in it's place. I know hipshot makes a 2 piece now.

Mine was built in Oct 09, according to the serial # and it's got the two-piece bridge. It looks like it would be a little challenging to change out the bridge. Both pieces are actually set in recessess milled into the body.

they changed to the 2-piece bridge on the rockbasses a year or two ago

What part if the serial number says the year in it?

It's the last two digits, for example RB E 123456-08. This would indicate a bass built in May 2008. Here's a link to the Warwick webpage explaining their serial numbers.
