Warwick Comparison Video

Hi guys,

I've just uploaded a video comparing a few Warwicks. There's a 99 Streamer LX, 96 Stage II, 02 Stage II, 94 Thumb NT and 98 Thumb NT. Thought it may be of use to some people trying to do some research for future purchases.

Cheers!

IMHO, using my full monitoring set up, the 94 Thumb is definitely the fullest tone, but it's very deep so if you don't have a good sub you may not hear it. The LX definitely sounds the thinnest to my ears, followed by the 02 SS2, then the 96 SS2, then 98 Thumb then 94 Thumb as the fattest. All have that lovely Warwick growl, but in many different ways.

My attack for these videos is also quite soft - the differences are much more obvious with a harder attack. But seeing as I recorded the LX video 12 months ago before I sold it with a soft attack, I decided to play the same way with the SS2s and Thumbs for consistency's sake.
