Warwick Gnome i with a Fender rumble 210?

Hi, everybody!

Usually I've been more a combo amp kinda guy but recently I just bought a Warwick Gnome i head; it's quite practical to carry and just plug into the DI.

But I decided I also want a cab. Been looking around for some and got really interested in the Fender Rumble 210. The thing is, will it work fine paired with the Gnome?

The rumble is an 350 w with 8ohm impedance and the Gnome has 130w output at 8ohm. Do you think that'd work?

There isn't a single reason in the world why this won't work. You could even do two Rumble cabinets, as the Gnome will work with a 4 ohms load.

If you're looking at the Gnome and worried about "underpowering", that concept is a myth.

The wattage rating on an amp is how much power it will deliver to a specific load.
The cabinet rating is the maximum power that it can receive before potentially being damaged. It's fine to provide less power.

Should be a good match. I power a few different cabs with my Gnome and it always works fine. They don't post the sensitivity on that Rumble but should be reasonably efficient.
