Warwick Rockbass Corvette basic

I need help with my bass. It loses complete volume when turning up the bass pot and it only works when it in center position. The neck pick up is also not increasing in volume. There is also a static sound when turning the pots. Any help would be great.

Open the control cavity, take some detailed photos (ie, sharp, no shadows obscuring the subject, etc), post photos.
