I have a newer Warwick Thumb 5 B.O., and I would like to add a thumb rest to allow for additional right hand playing positions. I do NOT want to add a traditional "Fender style" two screw plastic piece for aesthetics. What I'm looking for is a piece that will mount between the pickup nearest the neck and the neck itself, made of a similar wood as the body, and doesn't require additional holes to be drilled into the bass itself (fits tightly and utilizes the pickup screws?). Gary Willis's signature Ibanez has a board similar to what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
