Herbie Hancock's Headhunter album with Paul Jackson on bass. When I think of double stop 10ths, this is the first song I think of. They're not difficult to play, but the rhythm is a little tricky. It makes you focus on 16th note subdivisions. Note the different placement of the last note in measures 1 and 2. This is another one that I did a while ago and cleaned up.

this isn't strictly within this forum topic, but i feel like i know some of the regulars here and think they'll feel it. however, if the administrator or anybody at all wants to delete or move this i understand, no offense.
thinking about herbie ( " mr. hancock, " ) got me going. as bass players we are partners with the drummer. here's 4 minutes with one of the real gangsters, a great pro and super interesting to hear. this guy has been there and done that!
