No nass reflex 410 in the world is going to achieve a real world, measurable 106dB/1W/1M average sensitivity. If you were to work the numbers backwards, you would see in physics and engineering terms that such a driver is simply unobtanium in terms of efficiency.
It's possible in a large horn loaded enclosure, but these are not practical for most bass guitar applications due to size and/or frequency response if folding the horn is used to decrease the external size.
I suspect that either you have mid-stated the actual spec, or the spec is actually 2 watts (not 1) into a 4 ohm load, the stated sensitivity is the peak sensitivity mathematically derived from the RMS value, the peak sensitivity based on the highest value on the sensitivity versus frequency response plot, or a combination of the above.
