Weird power rating?

Aphex Bass Exciter pedal. Never seen this rating on the back. Is a standard 1Spot suitable for this? It fits and works, but I am afraid of damaging pedals by providing inappropriate power...

1Spot is what I used for years with my Xciter pedal. It's fine. The Xciter just has a wide range of input power capabilities.
