Really? The guy selling it said Candy Apple Red. It seemed a bit dark to me, but I figured it was the lighting.
I headlined a show last night and the warmup band's bassist was using a Stingray 5, when he came off stage he saw me holding my Bongo 5 and I told him I really liked his Ray, then he asked me "What is THAT"? when he saw what I was holding in MY hand. I told him it was a Bongo, he said, "Oh my God, I've never seen one in person before".
At the end of the night he wanted to buy it from me but I'm not sellin.![]()
And congrats Projectapollo on that new DD Bongo, outstanding acquisition.
