So Mac came from a seriously white supremist family but finds himself in love with a black girl, am I understanding this right?
He needs to rethink his beliefs then, if blacks (in his eyes) are inferior then how could he love one. Either he is inferior for loving a black girl or the black girl is racially an equal. Either way the whole white pride kit and kaboodle is coming crashing down on him pretty fast.

As an interesting example of this, I knew a guy who was big into neo-naziism, really dug the whole idea of white superiority and all about Hitler.

If I were mac and cared much for this girl i wouldnt care what my family said. First i would try and talk to them but if they are still closed minded...screw em.
Ive dated outside my race. While my mom did say she would prefer me to marry in my own race she didnt really care as long as she treated me right. I do have family members who would still love me and not make a big deal about it, but i know they would look down on it, i dont care its something they would have to get over.
